Office hours

Sikkim Game support runs in two tiers to serve players across India, from Gangtok to Guwahati.

• Automated in-app chat: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The chatbot handles frequently asked questions on deposits via PhonePe and GPay, withdrawal status, game rules, and bonus eligibility, instant answers with no wait time.
• Live human agents: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. Real agents handle complex issues such as failed UPI transactions, account recovery, and KYC verification.

Messages sent after 9:00 PM IST will be reviewed and answered by the next morning.

Online-only support

Sikkim Game operates entirely online, there is no physical branch, walk-in counter, or postal address anywhere in India. Unlike a traditional gaming arcade or lottery outlet, every interaction happens digitally.
