Use of the site
By accessing or using officialsikkimgame.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Access from territories where such activities are restricted or prohibited by local law is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.
Permitted use
You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to access or tamper with non-public areas of the Site; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any associated system; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data without our prior written consent; transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content; or attempt to circumvent any security or age-verification measures. Deposits and withdrawals processed via supported UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM must originate from accounts registered in your own name, third-party payment instruments are not permitted.
Account responsibility
If the Site requires you to register an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or abusive activity. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Site after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Intellectual property
All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Sikkim Game or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. The Sikkim Game name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks; unauthorised use or imitation is strictly prohibited.
Limited personal use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view Site content solely for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written authorisation; modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Site software; remove or obscure proprietary notices; or exploit Site content for any commercial purpose whatsoever. Any licence not expressly granted herein is reserved by Sikkim Game.
User-submitted content
If you submit or upload content to the Site, you grant Sikkim Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with Site operations. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property right. If you believe any material on the Site infringes your rights, contact us with full details of the alleged infringement and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sikkim Game, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies regardless of whether a claim is grounded in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
Service availability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, payment-gateway downtime, including disruptions on PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM networks, or regulatory interventions may affect availability, and Sikkim Game accepts no liability for any resulting losses or inconvenience.
Aggregate liability cap
In any event, Sikkim Game's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of ₹500 or the total amount paid by you to Sikkim Game in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
