The "Sikkim Game" name, logo, and all related marks, trade dress, and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sikkim Game. Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission. Limited licence to users

Payment and transaction liability

Where transactions are processed through third-party payment services such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM UPI, Sikkim Game is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors originating with those payment processors. Any dispute regarding a payment transaction must first be raised with the relevant payment provider. Sikkim Game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Site in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
